HOW SOON CAN MY NEWBORN BE SEEN?

Newborns can be seen within 1-3 days of being discharged from the hospital.

HOW SOON CAN MY CHILD BE SEEN IF THEY ARE SICK?

Depending on the nature and severity of the concern your child can be seen the same day, next day, or even immediately if needed. Please call 609-799-0068 to schedule an appointment.

HOW SOON CAN I SCHEDULE MY CHILD’S WELLNESS VISIT?

Please plan ahead if possible! We are happy to be able to schedule wellness visit appointments well in advance (up to 1 year) so that each family can select their optimal day, time, and doctor.

HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF MY CHILD’S IMMUNIZATION RECORDS?

All parents can access their child’s immunization records via the patient portal. If you have not yet enrolled please request an invitation to be sent to you.

I NEED A SCHOOL FORM FILLED OUT NOW! WHAT DO I DO?

If your child’s wellness visit is more than a year before the request for forms and we are not able to offer an immediate wellness visit then we can schedule a visit we call the SPORTS PHYSICAL. This is an expedited exam that we will use for the purpose of completing your child’s school forms. This is not the same as the routine wellness visit which is an extensive visit covering all aspects of your child’s health and well-being. Even if a sports physical is done we encourage parents to schedule a routine wellness visit.
